Foam extinguishers and other foam solutions work on a mechanical level to mitigate flammable liquids, while Encapsulator Agents act on a molecular level, altering the composition of a water droplet with the introduction of spherical micelles. Unlike dry chemical extinguishers using agents like ammonium phosphate or potassium bicarbonate, our Agent targets all four legs of the fire tetrahedron simultaneously, providing a comprehensive solution for multi-class hazards.
Our F-500 Encapsulator Agent is a versatile fire-extinguishing agent, effective against Class A fires, involving ordinary combustible materials such as paper, wood, or cloth, Class B fires with combustible liquids, Class C fires involving electrical equipment within energized environments, and Class D fires involving combustible metals. It is even effective against complex hazards like three-dimensional or flowing fuel fires and lithium-ion battery fires.
