Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

Please contact our sales department before returning any items. If we have made an error, we will quickly replace the items in question. If it is your error, a 25% restocking charge may apply. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) is required before filing for a return.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received, inspected and approved we will notify you within 5-10 business days via email with your credit card refund receipt.

SALE ITEMS

Regular & sale items may be exchanged or refunded.  All Garage Sale item sales are final.


SHIPPING

If order has been filled correctly, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the error is ours, we will pay the costs of returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
