When Combined with a rated Class II Sit Harness creates a Class III Rated Harness according to NFPA Standards
American Safety & Rescue Evolution Jerry Smith Rescue Harness was designed to meet the NFPA 1983 (1995 edition) requirements for a Class II Harness
Use: Connect the chest harness to the back D-ring of sit harness by looping the 1 3/4" web strap through the D-ring and back throught the adjusting buckle located on the harness. Please note that the back of the harness has the "X" strap pattern. Step into the sit harness and pull the chest harness over the head and shoulders. Connect the front connection strap by looping the 1 3/4" web strap through the front D-ring and back trhough the adjusting buckle located on the front of the harness. Please back up all connections with an overhand knot. Siimply adjust the length of the loop assemblies to a comfortable position. The most comfortable position is different for each individual.
Maintenance - If the harness requires cleaning, it may be washed in cold water with a mild detergent. DO NOT dry in direct sunlight, or do not dry in an automatic dryer.
Warning - Back up buckles with an overhand knot during use
